Research, product, design and engineering usually live in four different heads, and most of a project’s quality leaks out in the gaps between them. I hold all four, so the insight that surfaces in a research call survives all the way into production code.

  1. 01
    Research

    Discover

Stakeholder interviews, a competitive teardown, and whatever analytics already exist. I am looking for the real constraint, which is rarely the one written in the brief.

    OutputFindings and the actual problem
  2. 02
    Strategy & Product

    Frame

Positioning, audience, scope, and what success looks like in numbers. Deciding what we are deliberately not building is half of this step.

    OutputScope, priorities and success criteria
  3. 03
    Systems & Interface

    Design

Tokens, type scale and components before screens. A system that still holds together on page fifty, not just on the homepage.

    OutputDesign system and hi-fi screens
  4. 04
    Engineering

    Build

Production front end, integrations and content architecture, written by the same person who designed it, so the design survives contact with a browser.

    OutputDeployed, responsive, accessible build
  5. 05
    Delivery & Iteration

    Ship

Launch, instrument, and hand over documentation a team can actually use. Then keep iterating on what real traffic shows.

OutputLive product, docs and an iteration loop

Product Architect

I'm a product architect. Most builds pass an idea through four sets of hands (a researcher, a designer, a product manager, an engineer) and lose a little of it at every handoff. I'm all four: one person carrying a product from the first user interview to the code that ships.

So the insight from a research call survives into the interface, the interface survives into a real design system, and that system survives into production. No game of telephone, no gap between the plan and the thing that launches. I set the strategy and the success metrics, then build and defend them myself.

Twelve years of it, for founders who need the whole product, and teams who need a generalist who can go deep in any lane. AI platforms, healthcare practices, brand systems, marketing sites. Every case study on this page is all four of those jobs, done by one person.
